Relationship between perceived organizational support, job crafting, and job performance

چکیده
Purpose: This study discusses perceived organizational support, job performance, and crafting, aims to determine the relationships between these variables with a mediated model. Methodology: In line purpose of study, literature review was first carried out research hypotheses were developed based on both theoretical empirical findings. The data required test (222 data) obtained from company operating in manufacturing sector Konya (Turkey). Data analyzed using SPSS, AMOS, PROCESS Macro software. Results: analysis showed that support positively affects crafting performance. Furthermore, observed have mediating role effect Conclusion: Perceived increases performance directly indirectly.
